HC/NOx Sampling Probes

UNIQUE HEATED PRODUCTS, INC.'s (UHPI's) Heated Hydrocarbon Sampling Probes are designed to be used wherever extracting and heating a gas, air or emissions sample is desired. Years of refinement, research and extensive field testing have produced The Hydrocarbon Probe that sets the standard for all others to follow.

Typical HC Sample Probe with Span Gas,
Thermocouple and Sample outlet Ports
UHPI Heated Sample Probes all feature stainless steel interior sample tubes and exterior sleeves. Typical current consumption is less than 900 mA. Overall lengths start at 32" but may need to be longer if higher flow rates and/or temperatures above 450° F are needed.

All UHPI's Heated Sample Probes are typically mounted with either a 1" 150 lb flange or male NPT fitting. Probes are available with a choice of heater voltages, end "tee" configurations, temperature sensors and a host of other features and options.

Heated Sample Extraction Probe sample outlet tees are shown below. Custom configurations are also available...Just ask!

PRB-1042 Configuration

Our basic heated sample probe. Sample extraction tip and sample outlet tube only. Ideally suited for Automotive, Diesel, CEM and Laboratory applications where a span/overflow and sample stream temperature verification are not required.

PRB-1044 Configuration

Sample extraction tip, sample outlet port and thermocouple port. Ideally suited for Automotive, Diesel, CEM and Laboratory applications where sample stream temperature verification is required but span/overflow calibration is not.

PRB-1047 Configuration

Sample extraction tip, sample outlet port, span tip /overflow port and thermocouple probe port. Ideally suited for Automotive, Diesel, CEM and Laboratory applications where a span overflow and a sample stream temperature verification is required.
