For more than 15 years, UNIQUE has been supplying highly accurate heated solenoid valves and valve arrays for emissions sampling, cal gas delivery, leak checking, and control of condensation.  As always, we are here to fill your exact needs and are more than willing to add options and custom configure any products we offer.  Please feel free to e-mail or call us with your specific questions.

UHPI offers heated solenoid arrays starting at one position and going to as many positions as you need and in any configuration needed.  Our most common arrangements are multi-input, single output arrays for selecting from multiple sampling points.  This allows you to pull samples from multiple locations and feed a single analyzer with samples, cal gasses, etc.

Valves and arrays are available rated at up to 200° C continuous operation. You may choose from seals made with Viton®, Teflon® or Silicone; 120 VDC, 24 VDC and 120 VAC coil voltages.  Stainless Steel is the typical construction material, but plastic, brass and other materials are available as needed.

The VAL-1106 is used in Automotive, CEM, Diesel and Laboratory application.  Media flows from common port through NC port (heated) or to top "coil" port (un-heated).  No pressure differential when running in reverse flow.  Typically used to introduce calibration gases or other constituents into a sample stream.

The VAL-1106 is used in Automotive, CEM, Diesel and Laboratory application.  Media flows from inlet to outlet port, no pressure differential rating for reverse flow.  Ideal for sample on/off and leak check applications.

You may select the type and size of your inlet and outlet ports, temperature range and type of sensor, operational voltage, and a wide variety of special options.
