We offer our patented Grid-Vac™ Bag Evacuation System - which facilitates the most complete evacuation of a bag - and manufacture bags with internal mixing tubes. We also supply "Big Bags" for volume displacement in SHED applications.

You may choose from a variety of port types and sizes, internal grid materials, grommet or integrated sleeve hangers, and a variety of other options. Grid-Vac™ Sample Bags are made-to-order to your dimensions and specifications. They are all double heat sealed and are all individually leak checked by our technicians. Grid and internal fittings may be returned for re-manufacture - or re-skinning - to UHPI.

Our patented Grid-Vac™ system sandwiches a grid between the bag’s outer skins. As gas is evacuated, spacing in and around the grid provide passageways for gases to escape. This eliminates air pockets and blends your sample as it is evacuated.

Grid-Vac™ adds mechanical strength and decreases bag fatigue by giving the bag skin an even pattern to form to during repeated cycles. Our lightweight, low profile puck minimizes bag stress during evacuation and inflation.
