Exhaust Transfer Blankets
UNIQUE HEATED PRODUCTS, INC.'s (UHPI's ) wrap around exhaust transfer blankets are typically used when pulling an emissions sample from the source, through a stainless steel or silicone hose, to an analyzer. They are used to keep the sample temperature from cooling below a point that may effect proper evaluation from either "hang-up" or condensation. Their insulating characteristics also offer an increased level of safety from burns for the operator.

Designed to serve as heated pads, these blankets are constructed essentially the same as our round blankets. Velcro™ straps, snaps and grommet flaps may be added to these blankets to secure them to tanks, molds and other objects as needed. Please consult the factory for these special closures. Drum and Pail Heaters
Drum Blankets are designed for heating or
insulating fifty-five gallon drums and five-gallon pails for viscosity control,
freeze protection and dispensing temperature-sensitive media. Our use of
superior insulations and a completely uniform heating element applied to the
blanket's entire inner (heated) surface creates the most temperature-stable
heated blanket on the market today.
